I tried the text message hotline and got nowhere. I wish I had researched further and never ordered there.

I ordered a dozen Buzzy Buddy strawberries. They were supposed to be decorated like bees.
Four of the strawberries were so small that they apparently couldn't be decorated. None of them have the little white wings, and none of them look like the advertisement. These were $85.00 and look like a toddler attempted to decorate them. I am so embarrassed that these went from us to a family member.
I wouldn't even send these to my worst enemy.
I am very, very disappointed and will be a first and last time customer. Do yourself a favor; do not purchase anything from this company.

I may have written 2 reviews my entire life, but I had to in this case.
If you are reading this, do not use Fruit Bouquets!!!
Order a fruit bouquet. They assured the delivery would be made before my wife left work at 3pm.
(This was a must). My wife gets home, no fruit basket.
I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally "hit 1" for a call back.
They called back 2 hours later claiming vehicle issues. But, they said they could reroute the delivery to my house by 8pm.
I said fine.
8pm, no delivery. Called again and again waited, only to realize no one is going to pick up. Called the next day, had to "hit 1" for a call back because they were busy (with other complaints I assume). They have no idea what happen and stated "we can deliver them in the next 4 hours".
I refused the 3rd delivery and insisted on a refund.
10 days before I get my funds back.
This entire transaction was a mess. Wish I could give zero stars.

RE: poor flower arrangement
Very upset that the order delivered was of poor quality, the flowers were almost dead, the arrangement did not look like the photos, and the strawberries were melted. Very upset.
Preferred solution: Flowers and strawberries like the picture, not what was delivered.

My bouquet was supposed to be delivered 12/8, but it was not received. I called to complain and it took me 40+ minutes to get a resolution.
The order was marked as delivered, but the proof of delivery picture (that was not sent to the sender or recipient) was still in someone's car. Today, the order was delivered to my doorstep, no call, no knock and the bouquet is melted and wilted and very unappealing.

Terrible experience. Local fruit liaison attempted to deliver to a business, AFTER HOURS, and then stated delivery took place after 9:00 p.m.
when no one was still at the business. They further lied by stating that the intended recipient confirmed delivery. Awful experience and difficulty explaining to their phone rep the severity of the problem.
Reps take way too long locating orders, with or without an order number. Disorganized process.

Didn’t receive my delivery
This is the 2nd time ordering with this company and both times, I didnt receive my order when they said it was delivered. The first time it was with 1800 flowers they truly need to be put out of business. DO NOT ORDER FROM NONE OF THIER COMPANIES!

Fruit Bouquet make beautiful arrangements, but the customer service really sucks, I had a twenty dollar credit that she stated expired they would not honor it for the purchase that I made, Just sad period!!!

I ordered a Fruit Basket and a Happy Birthday balloon to attach to my order and it was to be delivered on October 5. To my surprise, the basket was delivered but not the balloon.
I called Customer Service and she assured me it would be delivered no later than 8:00 p.m. I then called back about 9:45 p.m. to Customer Service and she told that they had received an email from the Local Florist to cancel the order because it was ONLY one balloon in which there is nothing on the site that states that you have to order a bouquet of balloons to be delivered, you just have different options to add to your big order. I had the option to order a bear, candy or balloons to my fruit basket.
In my opinion if you can not add the additional to your order without ordering a large amount it shouldn't be an option. Everybody needs to work together if it is on the same site to make sure the Customer is HAPPY and all of the items are delivered at the same time.

TERRIBLE OVERALL
I ordered a fruit bouquet for Mother's Day and was told it'd probably get delivered a day before (spoiler alert: it didn't). It never arrived on Mother's Day either, I got a false "delivered" notification to which they said "We do that just because it's a busy holiday" and by the end of the day when it still didn't show, I was told it would arrive "as soon as possible" to which I assumed would be the next day (the 15th) and it never did.
Then I was told it would arrive the day after (the 16th), but by then I didn't want it, just wanted a refund, to which they refused and said I had to accept the delivery. I spoke to about 4-5 different customer service agents and still, they refused to give me my money back and were forcing me to accept the delivery. The item did arrive on the 16th, they left it on my doorstep when no one was home (which a signature was required and the weather was sweltering), therefore the item was ruined and not consumable.
Unfortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this item and Klarna won't back me up on my claim even with all the evidence to prove it, so they're forcing me to pay. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS INSTEAD

Verified Buyer | Las Vegas, NevadaI ordered a get well fruit basket for my daughter. I selected today as a delivery date because it was an option. The website never once notified me that it would not be able to deliver today!
After I ordered bouquet, it told me it could not be delivered today. I tried to call to cancel because my daughter works and has many doctor appointments.
The associate refused to cancel. She just kept giving me different alternatives, I finally yielded and accepted the fact that I could not cancel the order with this company as advertised. So we ordered it for tomorrow for a specific delivery time. Well see if that happens.

It throws you off as if it's Edible arrangements
I am a customer of Edible Arrangements it was advertised as them. I then noticed that it was not offering different locations. I was concerned and confused so started to question Edible and was this wasn't there company and to try you guys there were no emails that was promised at first but speaking

Order never got delivered
Hello, I placed an order for my twins teacher. The order never got delivered.
Also, the teacher informed me that she as well as the office secretary stay there until almost 730, 8 oclock at night and her package still was never delivered. I reached out to the company and informed them of the error. The gentleman immediately did not try to help me or fix the issue he just once I told him to cancel out issue me a $20 discount. This is the second time something like this occurred.
I then reached out to a manager, which re-ordered and then informed me that she would give me back a credit on my purchase. The order did never came to be delivered to the teacher, and when I called to find out what was going on someone from the department informed me about fraud.
This is very unprofessional. This is the third time that me prior to ordering something that there was complications the first time when I ordered, you guys accommodated me, you refunded my money as well as delivered the packages of fruit to who I had had those to be done to this time, you guys do not accommodate me as well as now me telling the teacher about a gift and she waited and never received it if someone can reach out to me in regards of this unprofessional activity, I would definitely appreciate it because I am very much apart and very much upset about the whole issue
Thought they were a bogus company pertaining to be Edible Arrangements. They were not and i am very pleased with them!!
