Someone delivered the edibles on our porch they didnt bring the bill and its been there since last night and it doesnt have a name who sent the edibles. It doesnt have a name on there. The order number was 4324**** so you need to tell me who sent these edibles and why did they bring the bell and we have wildlife in this area and its been on my porch since last night

I paid $90 only for the order to not be delivered. Very disappointing.
I wont be ordering anything again. They couldnt even guarantee a delivery timeframe.
If its not delivered when its supposed to be on the first day then they should do better and guarantee a timeframe for the next day delivery time. They couldnt do it.

This company is a scam. I ordered for next-day delivery, but haven't received a confirmation number, email, or even a text.
I cannot get in touch with anyone via the phone. When live chatting with one of their agents, they say, 'please wait'. The order was never received. I don't understand how they are attached to Edible Arrangements.
I honestly thought I was ordering from Edible Arrangements, shaking my head.
I will have to wait seven business days for this transaction to post to dispute. I spent roughly 59 dollars on this sympathy fruit bouquet that was never received, only for it to be a two-dollar upcharge for next-day delivery.

Verified Reviewer |The strawberries delivered were very small and not decorated as advertised
I ordered a dozen Buzzy Buddy strawberries. They were supposed to be decorated like bees.
Four of the strawberries were so small that they apparently couldn't be decorated. None of them have the little white wings, and none of them look like the advertisement. These were $85.00 and look like a toddler attempted to decorate them. I am so embarrassed that these went from us to a family member.
I wouldn't even send these to my worst enemy.
I am very, very disappointed and will be a first and last time customer. Do yourself a favor; do not purchase anything from this company.

They were very sloppy and I ordered pink dipped strawberries not white. Supposedly there was a coupon added and free delivery but was charged a $20 service fee.
I feel like I was ripped off. I will not do that again.
Was not worth the $84 will not recommend to other people. I've ordered edible delights before and they were way better

I ordered a fruit basket for a friend and it was never delivered, yet I received a message saying that it was. I never received a picture showing that it was delivered.
I tried using their "Chat" on their website and every time I entered the order information it would conveniently disconnect, prompting me to have to start over. I gave up after approx. 10 tries. I called their 1-800 number and was put on hold for 15 minutes.
It shouldn't be that difficult to get an issue resolved. Their website is not user friendly and I got the feeling they designed it that way, making it difficult to log complaints or get resolution.

Failed to deliver before recipient left for the day. Assume they will deliver at the end of the day, which is always a good idea for Perishable items.
fruitbouquets.com is to expensive to fail so Spectacularly. I will not use them in the future and I would recommend that you consider other Edible delivery services.

I may have written 2 reviews my entire life, but I had to in this case.
If you are reading this, do not use Fruit Bouquets!!!
Order a fruit bouquet. They assured the delivery would be made before my wife left work at 3pm.
(This was a must). My wife gets home, no fruit basket.
I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally "hit 1" for a call back.
They called back 2 hours later claiming vehicle issues. But, they said they could reroute the delivery to my house by 8pm.
I said fine.
8pm, no delivery. Called again and again waited, only to realize no one is going to pick up. Called the next day, had to "hit 1" for a call back because they were busy (with other complaints I assume). They have no idea what happen and stated "we can deliver them in the next 4 hours".
I refused the 3rd delivery and insisted on a refund.
10 days before I get my funds back.
This entire transaction was a mess. Wish I could give zero stars.
